Ditcon continues on its way to success

Cologne May 10, 2011. The Ditcon GmbH has successfully completed two more major projects. AWO Kreisverband Rhein-Oberberg e.V. and Eifelklinik St. Brigida GmbH & co. KG commissioned Ditcon GmbH to support its IT-infrastructure. During the pre-selection, the Ditcon GmbH scored not only as an expert in the health and care sector, but also convinced with its extensive and innovative range of services.

The AWO Kreisverband Rhein-Oberberg e.V. was looking for a service provider for the outsourcing of the complete IT support. The Ditcon GmbH could score with innovative, future-oriented concepts. The excellent service finally convinced the AWO Rhein-Oberberg. "The increased market position of Ditcon GmbH has become widely excepted.", so frank Eismann, Managing Director of Ditcon GmbH. The on-site service in the entire IT sector, as well as the positioning of the service helpdesk for all locations of Rhine Oberberg AWO are taken over and managed by the Ditcon GmbH.

A high quality, business-related Hardware audit preceded the changeover in the St. Brigida GmbH & Co. KG. In the foreground was the standardization of all IT and print systems used in the future. The Ditcon GmbH provides approximately 90 PC systems and notebooks as well as around 70 printing and copying systems. As Ditcon GmbH is a specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the health sector, the special requirements in the hospital-area were also taken into account. The workstations were equipped with special keyboards, which have been developed for the new electronic health card. “A decisive factor for the ordering was the quality and qualification of the project management and the highly motivated teams of Ditcon GmbH." so frank Eismann, Managing Director of Ditcon GmbH.
